Biography
Dion Estepanian is a seasoned attorney with a well-rounded background in personal injury law. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Berkeley, before pursuing his law degree at UCLA School of Law. During his first year at law school, Mr. Estepanian was honored with the Dean’s Award for his outstanding performance in legal writing.
Before co-founding Courtside Law Group, Mr. Estepanian gained valuable experience working on both the plaintiff’s side and the defense side of personal injury law. His experience on the plaintiff’s side has provided him with a deep understanding of the challenges faced by injured clients, where he has learned to work diligently to ensure his clients receive the care they need and the full compensation they deserve for their injuries. His experience on the defense side further enhances his practice, providing him with a deep understanding of how insurance companies operate and the key factors they consider when evaluating claims.
Mr. Estepanian approaches each case with a high level of preparation and attention to detail, ensuring that no aspect of a claim is overlooked. His ability to think strategically and anticipate the opposing side’s arguments allows him to advocate effectively both in negotiations and in the courtroom. This unique combination of perspectives allows Mr. Estepanian to approach each case strategically, with a deep understanding of both sides of the law, ultimately benefiting his clients.
